- If you can’t find the email, search for “carryslim.com” in your inbox. Also, check your spam and promotions folders.
- Check common delivery spots where your courier usually leaves packages.
- Ask family members if they have seen it.
- Sometimes, the tracking status updates as “Delivered” but the package arrives the next business day.
- If you still cannot find it, check at your local post office. They might have held the package for you to pick up.

- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- If the order has not been shipped, we will update the shipping address for you at no additional cost.
- If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
- If you realize the address is incorrect after the order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can reroute your package. Any additional costs incurred from rerouting will be the responsibility of the customer.
