1. Returns
1.1 Faulty Item Delivered
We strive to deliver top-quality wallets and cardholders to our customers. However, if you receive a faulty item, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:
- Contact us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery and describe the issue.
- Include clear pictures of the product and packaging, ensuring the damage is visible.
- Provide your order number.
Note: Damage caused during shipping does not qualify for a refund or replacement. If the item meets the above requirements, we will send you a free replacement. There is no need to return the faulty item.
1.2 Product Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate:
- We will conduct an investigation to track your order.
- If the order is confirmed undelivered after 30 days from the shipping date, you will qualify for a free replacement.
Important: Please ensure the shipping information provided is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information. Unclaimed packages returned to us will require an additional shipping cost of $4.99 for resending.
1.3 Damaged While Using
We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
1.4 Changed Your Mind?
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, you may still return the product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via our contact form and include your order number.
- We will confirm your request within 72 hours and provide the return address.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Note: For cancellations within 12 hours due to our error, we will cover any related costs. You must provide a tracking number for all returned items.
1.5 Items Not in Original Condition
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. However, partial refunds may apply under these circumstances:
- If the item is used or not in its original packaging, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If the item is unused and in its original condition, you will receive a 100% refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refunds
2.1 Price Adjustments
Promotional campaigns and discounts may occur from time to time. If your purchase was made before a campaign started, no adjustments or refunds will be provided. However, if you purchased an item on the same day a promotion was launched, we will refund the difference if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
Once an order is placed, the price is final, and no retroactive price changes apply.
2.2 Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update the address free of charge. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Make sure to provide accurate shipping details when placing the order.
If we fail to update the address within the 12-hour window due to our error, we will cover any additional costs. If the carrier offers rerouting services, any additional costs for rerouting are the customer’s responsibility.
